DeeBeeDee, DeeBeeDee!

Admit it. As bad as it sounds, at one point in our lives, we supported pirated DVDs. The audio and video may not be of top caliber but for as long as you are able to understand and appreciate the film, then it's definitely worth the Php30 you paid for...

What amuses me whenever I take a trip down tiangges are the salespeople in the DBD stalls. Whenever they run their salesman talk on you, they're always full of passion. Their spirits are undying just to seal the deal and most of the time, they get it all wrong but I'd still give them A for effort ...And for making me laugh. :-)

Here is a collection of some of my funniest memories with them DeeBeeDee salesmen.

Salesman 1: Ma'am, 300 days of Summer po!

Miles: Naku, parang bitin ata yan.

Salesman 2: Meron po kami, yung action po. 1,000!

Miles: Aba, bago yan. Ano yan?

Salesman 2: Yung kay Gerard Butler.


NOTE: In fairness, kilala nya si Gerard Butler.

Miles: 1,000? Dami naman. Baka nanalo na sila nya'n.

Miles: Title pa lang, ibang storyline na. Pano ba yan?
